Additional charges listed on Services page. All payments are taken on the day of the service prior to your appointment.
There is no charge if you cancel more than 12 hours prior to your booked appointment. If you fail to turn up for your appointment on time, or cancel it within 12 hours, you will be charged full fee for the appointment.
For booked surgery/procedure: there is no charge if you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your booked procedure. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged half of the procedure cost. If you do not turn up for your procedure without notifying us, you will be charged the full cost of the procedure.
